https://crestosinteriors.wordpress.com is the “Site”. Crestos Interiors is known as “Business”. Any services on the Site are known as “Services”. Users of the Site are known as “Visitors”. Use of the Services by the Visitor makes them a “Client”. Any information we receive from Visitors when they submit a Project Form and receive further communication from the Business is known as “Personal Information”

1. User Content

By submitting Personal Information through our Site or Services, you expressly consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

Visitors who choose to request a Service on the Site will be asked to give their name and email address. If requested Services are preformed by the Business, more personal information will be collected in addition to the previous information submitted by the Client to the Business, including but not limited to:

Any information that allows the Business to identify or contact the Client, such as Client’s address, telephone number, etc. that the Client provided to the Business.
Payment information. When the Business has accepted the Project Form request of use of the Site’s Services, the Business (or the Business’s third party service provider) will collect all information necessary to complete the transaction, including but not limited to the Client’s name, billing information and/or Venmo information preceding and upon completion of the Services by the Business.
If the Visitor contacts the Business by submitting a Project Form on the Site, the Visitor agrees to submit their name and e-mail address, as well as any other content included in the e-mail, and the Business will use this information to send the Visitor a reply.

3. Use of Visitor and Client Information

In general, Personal Information you submit to us is used either to respond to requests that the Visitor or Client makes, or to aid the Business in better serving the Visitor or Client. The Business uses the Visitor’s or Client’s Personal Information in the following ways:

Provide the Services requested by the Visitor.
Receive payment from the Client.
Respond to the Client’s inquiries or requests.
Contact the Client during the Business’s performance of the Site’s Services for the Client.
Pictures before the Business provides the Services in the Client’s home, and pictures of completed Services in the Client’s home. See section five (5) for opt-out options.

The Business will only retain Client or Visitor information as long as the Services are being provided by the Business or as long as there is communication between the Client or Visitor and the Business.

4. Disclosure of Personal Information

The information collected in the Project Form on the Site may be used by the Business to: contact the Client, or be used by third party service providers at the discretion of the Business.

a. Third Party Service Providers.

We may share the Client’s Personal Information with third party service providers for the sole purpose of providing the Client with the Services that the Business offers them through the Site. The Business requires any third party to honor this privacy policy.

5. Client Choices Regarding Their Personal Information

The Client may choose to not allow the Business use of before and after pictures of the Services.

6. Testimonials

The Business will display personal testimonials on the Site of satisfied Clients on the Site. If the Client chooses to provide a testimonial on the Site, the Business may post the Client testimonial along with the Client’s name. If the Client wishes to update or delete their testimonial, the Client can contact the Business at crestosinteriors@gmail.com

7. Changes to the Privacy Policy

Changes and updates will be made by the Business to this privacy policy from time to time.
